What to expect.
Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions take place once a week. All sessions are 50 minutes in duration. In the first three sessions, I will, generally, ask more questions than in later sessions. I use these sessions to gain an understanding of your personal history, as well as current challenges.
Corporate Wellness Talks
In addition to individual therapy, I offer corporate wellness talks designed to help organisations enhance employee well-being and productivity. These talks address key topics such as stress management, effective communication, work-life balance, and building resilience in the workplace. Through practical tools and insights, participants gain a deeper understanding of how their mental health affects their performance and relationships at work. My goal is to provide actionable strategies that can be applied immediately, fostering a healthier, more supportive work environment.
