Therapy for Adults & Corporate Wellness Workshops.
My interests
I have a keen interest in developmental psychology, attachment theory and psychodynamic psychotherapy. My work is, therefore, focused on the impact of early experiences on an individual’s development, patterns of relating, beliefs and behaviour. I see patients with a broad array of mental, social, emotional and behaviourial difficulties, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
Additionally, my interest extends to promoting mental health and resilience in professional settings. Drawing on my previous experience as an attorney, I understand the unique pressures and challenges faced by professionals in high-stress environments. This has inspired my commitment to offering wellness workshops and corporate talks that address workplace stress, burnout, and the importance of fostering emotional well-being in organisations
Therapy for Adults
As adults, we face constant demands—balancing family responsibilities, navigating relationships, and managing work pressures. In therapy, we will explore how relational patterns, beliefs, and behaviours may be influencing the challenges you experience in both your personal and professional life. By gaining insight into these dynamics, we can work together to develop healthier ways of coping, communicating, and making decisions to create more balance and fulfilment.
Workplace Wellness Workshops
The workplace presents unique challenges, including high-pressure environments, demanding deadlines, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. In these workshops, we’ll explore how stress, relational patterns, and workplace culture can impact mental health and overall well-being. Together, we focus on building resilience, promoting effective communication, and creating strategies to enhance both individual and team performance.
