Therapy for adults, adolescents, students & professionals.

My interests

I have a keen interest in developmental psychology, attachment theory and psychodynamic psychotherapy.  My work is, therefore, focused on the impact of early experiences on an individual’s development, patterns of relating, beliefs and behaviour. I see patients with a broad array of mental, social, emotional and behaviourial difficulties, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

Therapy for Adolescents & Students

Adolescence and young adulthood is a very challenging period as young people are experiencing cognitive, social, emotional and interpersonal changes. I have worked with adolescents and young adults, including students, presenting with an array of difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body issues, bullying, cyber addiction, substance abuse, peer pressure, and academic pressures.

Therapy for Adults

There are constant demands placed on adults, including family responsibility, navigating interpersonal relationships, and work demands. In therapy, we will explore how relational patterns, beliefs and behaviours may be contributing to the challenges experienced in your work and personal life.
